Summer Programs

Renaissance School has offered a Summer Academy for teens over 20 years. With academic courses for credit, arts classes, study skills bootcamps, and college application workshops, we’re proud to be a resource for motivated students in our greater community. Reserve your seat for next summer here!

Summer Classes 2027

The Summer Academy is open to the greater Charlottesville community! It’s a great way to focus on an area of interest, get ahead, or catch up in a more relaxed setting. RSVP for likely summer classes is available here. Registration for summer 2027 will open on the first Wednesday in January. Early bird discounts apply prior to May 1.

In 2026, the following courses were offered for high school credit.

  • WAITLIST Algebra II for High School Credit
  • Creative Writing for High School Credit
  • Geometry for High School Credit
  • PreCalculus for High School Credit
