Part-Time Physical Education
Renaissance School, a co-ed 9th-12th grade independent day school, is seeking a part-time instructor for one Physical Education / Health class in the 2026-2027 school year. This class meets just two days a
week for 55 minutes per class and will oversee a cohort of students participating in outside PE credit (sports).
The candidate should have a strong foundation, including an undergraduate degree in a related field, or a minimum of five years of professional experience in the field, including teaching and / or coaching high school students.

Part-Time Physics Instructor (honors)
Renaissance School, a co-ed 9th-12th grade independent day school, is seeking a forward-thinking, dynamic educator to teach high school Honors Physics in the 2026-2027 school year. This class meets
just three days each week for 55 minutes per class.
Renaissance School faculty are inspiring and engaging educators committed to lifelong learning, refining their craft, and fostering the curiosity of high school students who are dedicated to learning and growing as individuals and young scholars.
The ideal candidate will have experience teaching secondary students and evidence of commitment to the field of mathematics and/or sciences. Familiarity with AP curriculum is also encouraged. Preference will be given to those with classroom experience and a bachelor’s degree in the field (preference to those with a master’s or higher). Renaissance School is seeking faculty with new perspectives who are excited to join a team that is committed to growing and developing school programs.

Part-Time Studio Art (3 courses)
Renaissance School is seeking a forward-thinking, dynamic educator to teach high school studio art, including students preparing portfolios for college admissions. This part-time position will teach three studio art courses each year. Each course meets two days a week for 55-minutes per class.
Renaissance School faculty are inspiring and engaging educators committed to lifelong learning, refining their craft, and fostering the curiosity of high school students who are dedicated to learning and growing as individuals and young scholars.
The ideal candidate will have an MFA or the equivalent, experience teaching secondary students, and evidence of commitment to the field of visual arts.
